We can help employers in two ways
- If you have a vacancy, you can email us the details and we will then email it to all our current jobseeking managers. They will be asked to contact you directly with their CV if they are interested in applying for the job. The service is entirely free of charge and gets your vacancy to a wider pool of applicants who are immediately available than might otherwise be the case.
- If you are planning a downsizing or restructuring of your company, which involves redundancies, we can assist your staff with a programme of jobsearch presentations on a Thursday evening, together with one to one help for as long as they may need the service. It is entirely free of charge and delivered by managerial volunteers with personal experience of redundancy.
