Careers Springboard Aylesbury was launched in 2005 to help redundant managers and professionals in the Aylesbury and North Bucks area to get back into work.

• Our volunteer organisers, helpers and the other members have been involved with redundancy so you will meet people who understand your feelings and needs
• There is no longer any stigma attached to redundancy as it has become so widespread. Why not join us if you need help or support
• Take advantage of our valuable programme of weekly meetings on letter writing, telephone techniques, networking, use of the internet, interview techniques, and personal presentation
• All our speakers are familiar with current job search techniques
• Our group discussions give members an opportunity to share their experiences and support one another
• Revise your C.V. with our help. Make it an effective selling document customised for each job application
• Share and learn from other members’ experiences in their job search
• We have available a comprehensive range of information sheets covering all aspects of your job search
